Workshop for Menstruation Health & Feminine Hygiene conducted for GIS students

The seminar, conducted by Ms. Deepa Verma and Ms. Neha Gupta, was based on Health, Hygiene and Mental Wellness of the girls of grades V to X on August 29, 2023. It was to bring awareness among girls about their menstrual cycle. The seminar also talked about hormonal and physical changes at the time of adolescence. Training on how to use sanitary pads and how to dispose them was provided to the girls. This was an interactive session and the questions put up by the girls were answered to their satisfaction.
