Grandparents day and Garba Celebration

Grandparents are a family’s greatest treasure , the founders of loving legacy, the greatest story tellers , the keepers of traditions.

They are the family’s strong foundation . To honour them , Golden International School celebrated Grandparents day with fanfare.

The energetic learners took the opportunity to show their love and gratitude towards them by performing dances, role play and poetry recitation . These activities, also highlighted the bond between the grandparents and the children. Their enthralling performance left everybody spellbound and thoroughly mesmerized. The icing on the cake was the dance of joy “Garba” which was enjoyed both by children and their grandparents followed by Ravan Dahan (burning effigy of Ravana)

The success of the event was evident through the joyful smiles and teary eyes of the grandparents as they were overwhelmed to see the children performing for them. It was a memorable moment for the Grand parents who left with pleasant memories , lots of appreciation and heaps of blessings to the school and management

The programme was graced by Mr Gopal Agarwal (Director), Mr T.R.Brown (Academic Head).

They added spark to the event by throwing light upon the importance of Grandparents in the life of young learners .
